This is a rare brochure for Stoner Weapons. Eugene Stoner was the creator of the modern M-16 series service rifle but felt that the Army had been premature in adopting what he thought was not a yet fully developed service weapon. Stoner was correct because it took many years to get the "bugs" out of the M-16 to make it serviceable in Viet Nam.
